TSReader by COOL.STF is a Windows-based analyzer for MPEG-2 transport streams used in digital TV and video delivery. It ingests streams from files, IP networks (UDP/RTP), and compatible tuner or interface hardware, then presents a live, hierarchical view of programs and PIDs. Engineers can inspect per-PID bitrates, continuity counters, conditional access details, languages, and descriptors, while the software decodes and validates core PSI/SI and ATSC PSIP tables. Real-time graphs and timing metrics (including PCR-related data) help diagnose multiplexing, signaling, and delivery issues, and optional preview windows use installed codecs to play audio and video elementary streams.
